Teryl Rothery is a Canadian actress of television, stage, and film. She is most famous for portraying Janet Fraiser in the TV series Stargate SG-1. [1] She co-starred as Grace Sherman in Cedar Cove and has also had significant role as Muriel in Virgin River, Jean Loring in Arrow and Celia Hudson in Nancy Drew. A variety of television films have included her. Rothery started dancing at the age 9 and in the year 1995 she saw her first dance lessons as the beginning of her career as an entertainer. Her first professional appearances as a performer were Bye Bye Birdie in her 13th year [3] and in The Sound of Music in Marpole Community Theatre at age 14. As a youth, she danced on The Irish Rovers variety television series,[2] and at age 18, she began appearing on television with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation television special for Halloween.
