The food of chef Antonia offers an opportunity for guests to explore the recesses. Her interest in food when she moved from suburbs of Long Island to the diverse cultural landscape of Los Angeles. Cavatelli, carnitas and other cuisines can be found on one menu. This is a constantly evolving taste. What remains is her singular idea of the future and still wishing to reminisce about the historical past. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso who was influenced with her Italian American roots. The restaurant was greeted with an enthusiastic reception. Lofaso's old-school Italian interpretation is considered to be one of Los Angeles' most captivating eateries. The restaurant is frequently praised by customers of Scopa for providing dishes that are authentic and deliciously satisfying. Lofaso worked as an apprentice for chef masters who were absorbing their methods and taking risks. She didn't hesitate in doing so, merely following her own intuition. She worked closely with many celebrities and rose rapidly through the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago. In 2011 Lofaso joined forces with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to debut Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. The home of Lofaso was located in Black Market Liquor Bar and her business relationships. Lofaso found the opportunity in her work to pursue the creativity she wanted through the collaboration. Black Market is not constrained by any one direction. And that's the goal. An appetizer could be served with potato chips dill and Shishito peppers, followed by lobster roll Korean wings and a series of meatballs. Antonia is the anchor for this bold array of flavors. Lofaso measures her success through her intuitive comprehension of her audience and remains true to her personality. Her memorable performances in Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars was a celebration of her uniqueness outside of the kitchen, and her skills remain in the spotlight of the camera as panelist on CNBC's Restaurant Startup as well as in recurring roles on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso launched The Busy Mama's Cookbook 100 Easy and Delicious Recipes, back in 2012 in collaboration alongside Penguin. It also told the story of how she faced challenges as she continued her studies in the French Culinary Institute. She was also raising her daughter Xea, as well. Lofaso says that her passion to cook is the main for her accomplishments. She remains in the know by keeping a close attention to trends and fashion. Chefletics is her brand new that is revolutionizing the design of chefwear by mixing style with functionality. Lofaso believes in keeping true to your vision. To do this, she has launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. The brand will provide a personalized experience for clients.
